We would like to point out that in the event of a late order, Messe Düsseldorf cannot guarantee that the order will be completed in due time and/or that the services can no longer be provided.

A late surcharge of 30% will apply to all prices/fees for orders received after the order deadline. This also applies to orders that are still being clarified and incomplete to date. 

ATTENTION: For constructs that require more than 5 suspensions, it is mandatory to order suspensions with motor winches (AE1210).

The possibility of suspensions in Hall 7 and 8 is limited.

Orders for suspensions can only be accepted if the corresponding forms 4D (disclaimer of liability) and 4A (Information about structure) are submitted. These forms can be found under the download tab.

If changes or additions are necessary on site, e.g. due to additional suspension points required for adjusting the suspensions, these will be invoiced additionally according to the then will be invoiced additionally according to the then valid prices.

The signed proof of performance on site is decisive for the final calculation of the suspensions.
