We would like to point out that in the event of a late order, Messe Düsseldorf cannot guarantee that the order will be completed in due time and/or that the services can no longer be provided.

A late surcharge of 30% will apply to all prices/fees for orders received after the order deadline. This also applies to orders that are still being clarified and incomplete to date.

Internet connection via Ethernet (port 10/100 Base-T) with unlimited traffic for the connection of one device. For the usage of more devices it is necessary to order additional IP addresses (AE1416)

The use of exhibitor's own WiFi-Router is prohibited on the Expocentre premises.

The availability of connections with a bandwidth of 5 MBit/s and more depends on the technical possibilities.

According to the regulations, a customer of telecommunications services (an exhibitor) must provide the telecom operator (EXPOCENTRE AO) with the list of persons using equipment (laptops, PCs and others) to access the Internet.

The list must be confirmed by a qualified representative of the customer and can be found under the download tab.
